Meet the Staff
Lynn Webb, Office Manager:
Lynn is our office manager and has been involved in dental management and consulting since 1984. She started working with Dr. Chen in 1994 and has seen the practice grow over the years." I love working for Dr. Chen and I cannot think of another person I would want to work for. His genuine sincerity, exceptional dentistry and the way he truly cares about his patients and staff makes it very easy to work here. I tell everyone I know what a great guy he is." Lynn is married and has two wonderful children. She is very active in the community where she volunteers at local schools, sports groups and charitable organizations. Her passion is coaching basketball, working out and enjoying her children's many activities.

Janice O'Donnell, Financial/Treatment Coordinator:
Janice has worked in the dental field since 2003. She has had extensive
training as a Scheduling Coordinator and as a Financial Treatment
Coordinator. "I love what I do so much and I am so excited to be working in
such a great office. I look forward to meeting our patients and helping
them understand their insurance. Sometimes it can be a challenge but I love
to go above and beyond to try and help our patients get the maximum benefits
available." Janice recently moved to Placerville from the Fresno area. She
has become active in her church and loves to volunteer on the weekends. On
her spare time, she likes to read, take long hikes and spend time with her
husband and 3 children.

Shannon H., Scheduling Coordinator:
Shannon became a Registered Dental Assistant in 1995 and loves working in the dental field. She started working chairside with the doctor earlier in her career, but soon moved to the front office. Her favorite part of dentistry is getting to know her patients and helping them any way she can. Shannon relocated to Folsom in 2008 and loves the area. She was blessed to marry the man of her dreams in October 2008. She also has two wonderful children that are now moving on with their own lives. Outside of work, she loves being with her family. Emily Donald, Registered Dental Assistant
Emily has recently completed school and is new to the dental field. She
graduated in 2009 and received her license as a Registered Dental Assistant
shortly thereafter. Her goal is to create a comfortable and pleasant setting
for all of her patients. "I'm excited to have found an amazing Doctor and
wonderful staff to work with. Seeing how everyone truly cares about each
and every patient has convinced me that this is the perfect place for me."
When she is not at work, she can be found shopping, baking or spending time
with my family.

Judy Zimmerly, Dental Assistant:
Judy has been a dental assistant since 1981. "I enjoy the variety of dental procedures Dr. Chen performs. His attention to detail is outstanding and I enjoy working by his side." Lori Moen , Registered Dental Hygienist:
Lori is a dental hygienist who has been working in the dental field since 1992. She has been working as a Registered Dental Hygienist for the past ten years. Prior to joining Dr. Chen’s team, she worked for several years in a periodontal practice where she gained a tremendous amount of knowledge and skill. She is proud of her profession, and enjoys caring for and educating her patients. She owns a small business, juggles the school and sports schedules of her two wonderful older children, all while chasing her toddler baby girl around. Deborah Buchanan, Registered Dental Hygienist
Debbie is a dental hygienist that grew up in the Orangevale area where she is still residing. She graduated from the University of South Dakota with a Bachelor of Science and Dental Hygiene degree. Debbie has been practicing dental hygiene for 30 years with the last 4 years also working for a Periodontist. She loves educating patients in order to help them have a healthy mouth and great smile. She has been married over 30 years and has 3 children. When not here, she is very busy helping out with her daughter's high school band.
