Dear Dr. Chen,
Thank you so much for making me want to smile. I had been ashamed of my teeth for as long as I can remember, and because of that I was so self-conscious that I wouldn't fully open my mouth even when I talked. I envied people with straight white teeth, and believed that a beautiful smile was an unreachable dream of me.
All of that changed when I walked into your office. You are a miracle worker. You gave me a new smile, and in doing so, have transformed my life. You gave me a confidence that I always lacked. I can't believe that I finally have straight white teeth. They are truly a work of art, and now I find myself smiling all the time.
I also want to say that your staff is wonderful. They encouraged me, they calmed my fears, and on the day I got my new smile, they were as excited as I was. I am indebted to you all. For me, this has been a dream come true, and I am eternally grateful.
