Meet the Staff
Lynn Webb, Office Manager:
Lynn is our office manager and has been involved in dental management and consulting since 1984. She started working with Dr. Chen in 1994 and has seen the practice grow over the years." I love working for Dr. Chen and I cannot think of another person I would want to work for. His genuine sincerity, exceptional dentistry and the way he truly cares about his patients and staff makes it very easy to work here. I tell everyone I know what a great guy he is." Lynn is married and has two wonderful children. She is very active in the community where she volunteers at local schools, sports groups and charitable organizations. Her passion is coaching basketball, working out and enjoying her children's many activities.
Deborah Lorenzo, Financial Coordinator:
Deborah is our financial coordinator and has been with Dr. Chen since 2002. She began her career in the dental profession in 1994 and her experience can offer many solutions to your financial needs. She is very knowledgable when it comes to dental insurance and can help with understanding and filing of your insurance. Her passion of helping people does not go unrecognized by the staff or the patients. Deborah recently married the man of her dreams and are new homeowners in Cameron Park where they both enjoy the laid back atmosphere and beautiful sunsets. "I want everyone to know how much I love my job and I can't wait to welcome new patients to our family."
Kelley Stoddard, Registered Dental Hygienist:
I have been in the dental field since 1998 and still loves coming to work. I am a graduate from San Joaquin Valley College where I received my dental hygiene degree. I use my past experience as a dental assistant in oral surgery to help people be fully satisfied with their smile. I help patients work closely with Dr. Chen in achieving goals that they have for a healthy smile. When I am not at work, you can catch me on the lake boating or just playing with my little children, Zoey and Zachary.
Deborah Buchanan, Registered Dental Hygienist
Debbie is a dental hygienist that grew up in the Orangevale area where she is still residing. She graduated from the University of South Dakota with a Bachelor of Science and Dental Hygiene degree. Debbie has been practicing dental hygiene for 30 years with the last 4 years also working for a Periodontist. She loves educating patients in order to help them have a healthy mouth and great smile. She has been married over 30 years and has 3 children. When not here, she is very busy helping out with her daughter's high school band.
Sharleen Wenning, Registered Dental Hygienist:
Sharleen is one of our part time hygienists. She works in our office on Friday and has been with Dr. Chen for several years. Sharleen graduated from Marquette University (Milwaukee, WI) in 1978. "I enjoy working with people on a one to one basis, helping them understand how to take care of their oral health. I enjoy working for Dr. Chen whose knowledge and compassion help him provide exceptional dental care to our patients." Sharleen and her husband have been Folsom residents since 1994. They have two grown daughters. Living near the Sierras provide the trails for trail running and the slopes for snow skiing that Sharleen enjoys doing.
Deborah Freshour, Registered Dental Assistant:
Deborah loves working with people and creating a fun atmosphere to have your dental needs addressed. She has worked in the dental field since 1973 and obtained her R.D.A. license in 1980, shortly after the license was created. "Helping Dr. Chen deliver comfortable treatment and focusing on each patient's individual needs is my priority." Deborah has two children and two grandchildren that she is very proud of. If she is not busy with her family, she spends time with her dog, Leecy and working in her garden.
Judy Zimmerly, Dental Assistant:
Judy has been a dental assistant since 1981. "I enjoy the variety of dental procedures Dr.Chen performs. His attention to detail is outstanding and I enjoy working by his side." Judy is a single mother of six children. In her spare time, which is very little, she enjoys gardening.
